Event Coordinators Update:
- No funding for week 6 events
- Room bookings completed for week 9
Flex TEDs Update:
- Working on slides for Julia workshop
- Working on Notion event
Design TEDs Update:
- Hollywood to Healthcare How Design Thinking Applies event was successful
- Have to start working on slides for next workshop
ProDev Update:
- Need volunteers for leetcode
Outreach Update:
- Building slides on scratch for outreach event
Hack TEDs Update:
- Working on slides for week 5 events
  - Ideas for activities:
    - Emoji Communication
    - Form teams & make their own Jira board for tasks
- Activites during workshops are set
- Clean coding event might be moved to a different room or time

Pending Discussions for next meeting:
- Apply for board next year. Applications are open and everyone needs to reapply to be part of board.
- Really great work this whole year with all the events hosted & logistics!!!

Hack:
- Have a meeting for discussing future of Hack.
  We also need to come up with interview questions for next year Hack TED board members
Diamond Staff:
- Plan
  - Can host one workshop if interested otherwise consider the role to apply for board.
